If they fight, Susano'o wins. Only if it's Itachi's complete Susano'o though, since I think he's the only one that has Yata Mirror. Nothing can penetrate Yata Mirror, I don't think even TBB can.

Both are pretty solid, idk susanoo is much more versatile and as weve seen, 3rd Raikage's armor has a pretty exploitable weakness, which i would imagine an uchiha would detect. (unstopable sword > unbreakable sheild paradox) and weve seen how that ended up with just a rasengan nudge from naruto, admittedly, raikage's speed adds to his defense as it makes him harder to hit. never seen how a complete susanoo attack works on his lightning armor but oh well

Raaikage also speared himself fighting the 8-tails, IMO fighting a TB isnt really good to compare to fighting a ninja idk

Are we talking what takes hits better? then:
Itachi (yata mirror)> 3rd (tanked a rashenshuriken he was weak to with little damage)
> Sasuke (full susanoo, but no epic shield) > Madara (seems to have a more primitive susanoo)

Offensively: Madara (giant meteor) > Itachi (instant kill sword) > 3rd (was strong enough to beat himself) > Sasuke
