[Discussion] How would you like your favourite character to develop?

Even in the first one Tenten was sorta irrelevant. So, I don't mind. It's just that, when Kishi built up the excitement of team work at the Chunnin exams, and seeing everyone's abilities, it's like asking us to choose favorites amongst them. Then, once we've done that, he completely ignores their existence. He even puts them in battles but just tells us that they are, not showing us. Really? I thought the war would have been the perfect time to show all of these characters vs just the few that he constantly focuses on right now. The diversity to me would have brought a lot more excitement; albeit, the war would be sorta drawn out.

Hopefully the anime fillers may be able to cover fights which weren't shown in the manga so we could see more of Konoha 11, just need the animation to be good.

I think the real problem with Kishi is that he made Naruto WAYY too short. I'm not saying that we need to see more Naruto and Sasuke, but he could have made a lot of extra chapters for each character and what training they did after the chunin exam. I mean Rock Lee, Neji, Kiba, and all the other characters were already strong during the exam, what happened??? I understand that Naruto got trained by Jiraiya and the other two with the other sannin but why didn't the others get any training? I mean there have to be other high ranking ninja that could have helped them train. I know that seeing them train would have me bored out of my skull for a while but it would ultimately add to the story and make secondary characters actually useful... I mean look at Lee (my favorite character), Naruto could take him out in 2 seconds now when back during the exams Lee would pwn him in 1 second, what happened??? That's my opinion. Also, Kiba should have some kind of dog sage mode^^ he'd look cool.
