umm no...okay let me explaine what i think is right. There are the three animals (to lazy to do the japanese words) Slug Frog and Snake all belonging to a certain place. Frog to mount myoboku and snake to whatever. So Naruto and Jiraiya had the right "body" for sagemode. orochimaru did not. assuming that all three have there own Sage mode. and Kabuto's is evil because the Snakes are the antagonist summons so to speak

as long as kishi doesn't make a monkey mode for konohamaru, dog mode for kakashi, crow mode or hawk mode for the uchiha brothers etc, it's fine imo. there was a lot of foreshadowing of snake mode with orochimaru, now that you think about it.
