[Theory] Sage Mode Tsunade?

So I just read the latest 579 chapter of Naruto manga and it revealed Kabuto and Orochimaru to be able to use snake sage abilities.

So do you think Tsunade can do it too?

I say can. She better be. I mean sage arts aka SENJUtsu, has her family name on it. It would be such a blunder for kishimoto not to make her enter that mode.

But then again, knowing him and how he treats his female characters...

yea thts true the girls dont get much from kishi but i think she can and if she can live long enough she will probraly teach it to sakura

If she had it then she most likely would've used it by now. Still Kishi likes to pull things out of hiss ass as he did in the latest chapter, so anything is possible.

all kidding aside, Kabuto mentioned the slug place along with myobokuzan as if it was already found, so it's a possibility i suppose. Although why exactly Tsunade would keep that in reserve until now, when she almost died vs Pain due to overexertion, is a bit of a mystery. her hyakugou form alone is probably stronger than Naruto's sm.

Well, look at the pattern:
Jiraiya was only able to do an imperfect Toad Sage Mode but his student Naruto can do the perfect form.
Orochimaru was only able to do an imperfect Snake Sage Mode but his student/follower Kabuto can do the perfect form.
So Tsunade will only do an imperfect Slug Sage Mode or won't even have one at all since she just got a super upgrade recently. This means Sakura will most likely be the one doing Slug Sage Mode.

There's no evidence that the place Kabuto mentioned had anything to do with slugs. It was translated into fancy wood hill/humid bone forest.

yes, but he mentioned 3 places right? it only follows that the 3rd one if for slugs, those are the 3 key summons. the fact that the translation was crappy doesnt have anything to do with it.

The toad palce is fancy wood hill, the translation is 'Equisite tree mountain' according to naruto wikia; that being said there's no evidence to support that humid bone forest is necessarily to do with slugs, although it is likely. Logically I'd have thought the humid bone forest would be the slug place, waterfalls - humidity, and the spikes that naruto did his training on could be representative of bones? Maybe. but obviously not.

Perhaps Tsunade's chakra seal jutsu (cba finding the name for it) is an incomplete sage mode..

Well Jiraiya hated going into the mode because it made him look ugly, maybe since he and Oro had imperfect form then so does Tsunade and will try to avoid going into it at all costs?
IMO she has the title "slug princess" so I think she can go into some sort of mode haha xD But I reckon Sakura will get it perfected

It is a likely possible, since the 5 kages right now are a bit of a disadvantage against Madara, 5 wood clones with susano'o versus 1 of them, I'd like to think Kishi might give her a powerup since he's been powering up almost everyone in the war...I mean come on? Madara with rinnegan? who saw that coming? Tsunade with SM would be beast...

Humid Bone Forest

This goes well with my theory that Tsunade is a sage.Slugs live in humid places.Tsunade's slugs spit acid, and we know acid can destroy fresh with ease, leaving only bones to remain.Throw that in with the other two Sannin both having sage modes (Dragon Sage Mode and Toad Sage Mode), their being only one place left to gain a different form of sage mode, and that place having a name with a distinct connects to slugs, and I think we can conclude that Tsunade is a sage.

heres a thought you know the place where naruto was trained for nine tails mode? well what if that was the humid bone forest because there were bones and i bet it was very humid. plus it is very sacred i guess

I think that Tsunade doesn't use her sage mode because it comes with a high price. Maybe she becomes old or ugly, maybe she lost all her stored chakra, I don't know. It can be her last option in a battle. I think that she will show this amazing technique until the end of Naruto, but I don't know if she will teach it to Sakura.
