senjus powerups are on elements while uchihas are doujutsu. uchihas get ms senjus get 1 element kg depends on the users chakra affinity uchihas ms depend on the user.senjus 1kg ability hurt the user like ms does to user.example would be yamato had water and earth so the 1st cells unlock him a weak version of wood style kakashi got weak version of ms.
uchiha gets ems senju's element kg gets stronger and easier to use like hashirama kg became stronger even able to hold bijuus like ems. hashirama's upgraded kg made it look like senjus have more chakra than uchihas when its just an upgraded kg like ems so it takes less chakra.ems uchihas get oldest son eyes by taking byakugan.senjus with uzumaki blood can use sm which gives 5 elements and after mastering them the senju can mix the elements to get all element kg thats why senjus marrie uzumakis and the byakugan is protected

Secondly, you do not earn sage mode by being a senju. You need to have a contract with the toads and it takes guts and hard work to become a sage. I.E Jiraiya was not a senju either
Third, you say the Senju's get power ups in their elements? Well if Tsunade's element was soo strong why would her lightning only be presumed? and why wouldn't she use it more
Finally, how in hell is byakugan related to this?
