I'm back with yet another query, and I think no one of u has given a thought to this. So here it goes, As we all know the masked man possesses all the tailed beast but the last two. And he used the power of the tailed beasts in the fight against Naruto and Bee. What is bothering me is that why that masked man isn't using the power of the Ichibi-Shukaku. Is he saving it as emergency/Back-up or Is he not able to use its power somehow. I haven't seen shukaku from the time it was sealed in the Gedo statue by Pain. Whats going on? Any guesses...

he doesnt have a jin for it since he couldnt capture gaara, so i guess he can't use it

I actually thought he would use kushina or mito, or any other past jin for his army of FREAKS (aka. previous jins with rinnegans and sharingans)... since gaara died... but came back alive because of plot-no-jutsu... :|

i think he didn't use it because he didn't have a host to use it with

He can use the Edo-tensei to revive any previous jinchuriki of Ichibi. I don't think finding a jinchuriki for the ichibi is the problem. But, who knows It could be this too...

Thank you naruto33 for your +rep for me. But he can't use kushina as Kushina is sealed within the belly of death god due to the dead demon seal performed by The Fourth hokage to seal Kyubi in naruto. Any other of the masked man's "freaks" could be used as jinchurikis though... Nice thought, and thanks for ur reply.

I have to agree that it is simply because he did not have Gaara. In the flash backs to Gaara's birth, it is mentioned that his older siblings were not compatible with Shukaku, which indicates that he can't just be placed into any host. In other words, he either would need Gaara's body to create a jinchuriki for Shukaku or he would have had to spend time searching for a compatible host.

She IS NOT SEALED! WHAT MAKES YOU THINK THIS? She died due to the 9 tails being extracted. The 4th stored her chakra in Naruto. She is not sealed. HE IS, NOT HER. GET IT RIGHT.

While back 8 tails said to 9 tails that the One tail always hated the 9 tails cause he said its not the power of the tails one has that makes you powerful.

i think Tobi know something special about the 1 tail that is just waiting it out before he uses him. Maybe he knows the 1 tail is a counter to the 9 tails. Sorta like opposite sides of the spectrum, cause he tobi did mention he knows the limits of narutos/9tails power.

While no host was there to use Shukaku, i bet hes got some plans for him.

The bolded part: If you think you're the 1st person to think of this then ur stupid or plain noobish.

No host for him to put Ichibi into and also he can only control 6-paths. Which is why he only had,6 paths.
Anyone who has ever spent more than 3 seconds on the base,knows this thread has been made to death.

VinceVell when masked man said he knows the limit of the nine-tails then I think he simply meant the Chakra scale of the Nine-tails. And he doesn't even knows the name of even of the tailed beasts, How can he know the speciality of Ichibi?

Necron: Your 6 paths 6 bodies theory sounds quite good, but that was limited to pain. He himself was the seventh one. besides no one knows the ability of madara with the Rinnegan I mean he's the original person to awaken Rinnegan. He can be way more powerful than pain b'cause he knows everything about the rinnegan. He is the first person to unweil all the secrets of the Ocular jutsus.
