I'm not trying to be mean here,but this is really bad O_O
I noticed you have a tendency towards duplicating the render and placing it behind the background,don't do that,it ruins the signature.
Also don't add text to a signature if you don't know what you're doing (Saying this from personal experience).Try a canvas size of 400x175 or experiment around,this one is waay too small.Try using stocks for backgrounds as well it really helps in the beginning until you get an understanding of what a proper signature should look like.
