Sasuke wins both scenarios. His susanoo arrows are faster than Bee and his bijuu bomb. It takes time for Bee to gather the chakra to fire the bijuu bomb as shown in his fight with Sasuke.

By them time he gathers the necessary chakra a susanoo arrow would've already pierced the hachibi's head.

We would have to see if the tailed beast ball is faster than the arrows or if sussano is strong enough to fight it with melee.

Battle one; Draw. Sasuke should be able to hit bee with atleast 2/3 susano arrows before full can fully create and fire tbb. 2/3 susano arrows would wound him badly, but i believe he should have enough strength to do it. Ms sasuke pretty much uses susano v3 version. The one he used against danzo and i believe a tbb would greatly damage that susano along with sasuke. Therefore both him and bee get damaged and it ends in a draw

Battle 2: Sasuke. His current susano has been able to spam amaterasu with ease. We already saw what 1 amaterasu did against bee. Now image 6 amaterasu all at once. They would spread pretty quickly and with that engulf bee before he can form and fire tbb

First fight: Bee with mid to high difficulty. In my opinion, if it wasn't for Taka, Sasuke would probably be dead. Regardless if he used susanoo or not.
Second fight: Sasuke with mid to high difficulty. He can spam Amaterasu, just like he did on the white Zetsu clones. But still, Bee would give him a challenge

preparing normal Amaterasu takes time and his Amaterasu shuriken don't have Amaterasu speed so they can be evaded and Amaterasu coated spear also can be evaded since it's not the arrow anymore. Bee can prep bijuudama pretty fast since he could do it in sync with Yasaka Magatama and Rasenshuriken. And Sasuke doesn't have Yata Mirror
