With both healthy i think the battle would be very close.
Itachi's Yamata mirror is an auto counter to everything so he could just use during Chibaku Tensei.
However, i don't know how much energy it would take out of him to keep it for very long.
Also I presume genjutsu would work vs Nagato, (not too effective if it's the 6 paths though)

So yea depending on circumstances i think this would be very close. I see Itachi winning it though more times then losing
