So your saying that Tobi is obito?

How is that possible when the man that the 4th Hokage fought was a grown man, it was shown that Kakashi was still a child not a grown man. So your saying between the time that Obito died and the 4th fought Tobi, Obito aged many years to become a grown man?

Well he is wearing a mask we don't know he's exact age at the time, and kakashi was about 15, 16 maybe look how strong naruto is at 16

+rep! Although I do not think tobi directly is Obito, I reckon Obito does play a major part in this.

1) Why would Kishi introduce Obito around Akatsuki time and why would he dedicate a few chapters to his background story.

2) Tobi has a similar Sharingan power to Kakashi

3) Name similarities

These are just a few basic reasons, the only major flaws are the ageing & Sasuke and Kisame recognised him under the mask, but I still think he plays a part, maybe as a shell for Madara in some sort of way? Who knows! Good reasons in there though, especially the Zetsu arm bit, never noticed that. But the picture of Tobi with long hair (number 1) what chapter or episode is that from, I don't recognise it!

My only issue(aside from Obito being dead apparently) is that when Naruto was born, Obito and Kakashi would have been about 16. The one who released Kurama from Kushina did not appear to be a teenager. Also, Obito's personality was similar to Naruto's, this leads me to believe that he would NEVER come up with a plan this terrible.

Now I would love to see Obito alive and well, there are probably a lot of people who would like that, I highly doubt its going to happen.

Hmm he didn't appear to be but he could of been, naruto right now looks god like. When we first meant tobi he didn't "appear" to be a threat but as we know now he was. My theory is why I think the nice kind obito we knew is the tobi we know today
