Not possible. The databook explains why, Susanoo is only awakened by those who have both Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi.

Two KA's does not awaken Susanoo.

databook also says you need tsukuyomi and amaterasu but i am starting to think that only applied to itachi's susano'o, but until it is proven otherwise i will go by that
