for the eagle soaring above the sky after a few chapters

Snake powers have a bad rep from Uchihas, such as Orochimaru getting pwned by both the brothers, so I don't think Kabuto will be an exception

Well while the OP may seem biased in my opinion Sasuke will find a way to beat Kabuto. Kishi has repeatedly stated that Naruto and Sasuke are to be equals and i don't see how that happens w/o Kabuto being beaten.

Also, if anyone remembers, back when part 2 started, Sakura and Naruto were often counting the months left for them to 'save' Sasuke from Orochimaru as the latter wanted to take over the former's body. But look what happened in the end.
