Have you ever been with a girl and then broke up? and felt sorry for it again?

I had a girl, and I LOVED her, a lot. Then, we broke up for some reason. It had been sometime since we talked and now she is leaving to another country and won't come back again. Before leaving she sent me a message saying

"You were the best thing that EVER happened to me, I love you.
******* <3"

And I was like O_O O_O . And I felt bad, and I cried and I cried ._.
I also had a friend who was dating a girl so pretty and cool. She was fun , always laughed and cheered. Then, my friend found out she had super depression problems and took 7 drugs a day to keep her sane.

So there was this boy, i liked alot few months ago...He was awesome, and coolest boy on planet xD, and suddenly we didn't spoke for one month can't tell the reasons >.>, and after some time i insulted him in-front of his friends and he got angry...I am feeling really bad and i wanna apologize but i am such a coward i can't face him :T_T: <---this thing ruins my mood
