First tobi's plan involves all the tailed beast and there are only 8 and half of kurama.so there maybe a mistake in his plan. I think someone needs to get the other half of kurama out of the death reaper seal and I think maybe orochimaru planned to retrieve his arms from within the ddrs because things that are sealed are also hidden like narutto that was hidden in a hidden village filled with ninja but the death reaper isn't hidden it can be summoned and orochimar saw the third hokage use the jutsu so maybe he learn it and that's what suigetsu found. Tell me what you think.

I don't think they need the rest of the Kyuubi chakra. If they did then I think they would have mentioned it by now at least. I mean, first Nagato tried to take him. And now we got Tobi after both of the tailed beasts. I think they would have worried about that half first, instead of going after the half that Naruto has. This is just my opinion though. xd And I don't think that's what the scroll is. Didn't Suigetsu say it was important to Sasuke? I don't think half the Kyuubi chakra is important to Sasuke.

I think tobi doesn't know what happen after he ran away. So he wouldn't know that half of the kyuubi is sealed. And tobi told nagato to get the kyuubi so how would nagato know. It might not be what suigetsu
found but still I think its important.
