Hello there Dupa, My name is Jellal and I will be training you everything I know about the Wind element, get ready for a great adventure of tornado's. Eh, alright then, I want you to answer the following things in your own words, try to state everything you know about what I will write underneath.

-Wind is one of the five basic elements and is rare to come by. In order to create Wind one must make their chakra as sharp and thin as possible. The techniques are performed by generating air circulation, which can help enhance the techniques as well. Wind is used in short to mid-range combat. It uses brute force and keen precision to deal cutting and slashing damage. Because of this nature, Wind chakra can be even channeled into weapons such as blades to increase their cutting/piercing power and range.

-Wind is strong against the Lightning element due to it being a natural insulator. Wind is weak against Fire due to the flames using the Wind as fuel to power up and keep burning.

-Known users that use Wind technique: Temari, Naruto, Danzo, and Asuma

-Wind + Water = Ice Release

Now listen very carefully, stay still and just open your ears, you have to remember this during battles while fighting your opponent.

• A-rank fire vs A-rank wind: When a fire and a wind jutsu of the same rank are shot by two shinobi facing each other, the result won't be a stronger fire jutsu continuing forward, but instead it'll be a weakened fire jutsu (one rank lower then it originally was).
• S-rank fire vs A-rank wind: When a fire jutsu clash with a one rank higher wind jutsu, they will both cancel each other out. If higher then one rank, the wind will overpower the fire. However, there are exceptions; for further details continue the reading.

• A-rank wind vs A-rank lightning: Wind cancels it and continues. [C-Rank]
• S-rank wind vs A-rank lightning: The same as above. [B-Rank]
• A-rank wind vs S rank lightning: Both negate each other.

You need to remember the stuff I wrote above, try to save it in a document, now listen, you can combine the Wind element in any different way;

• Fire + Wind = Stronger fire, a good and often used combo, but it isn't exactly a new element or anything.
  
• Wind + Earth = Weird combo, if you throw rock at your opponent the wind can be used to speed it up, but apart from that, these two elements aren't really fuseable.
  
• Wind + Water = Increasing the speed of the water, but apart from that, nothing really, maybe you could use it to spread your water more, or make some cool tornados, but jutsus like that already exist.
  
• Wind + Lightning = Bad combo, lightning cannot be fused with wind, don't use them together.

Okay, now take this leaf and concentrate wind chakra trough it, just normal chakra, do as I say and I will explain you further information if you do so.

*I place the leaf in my palm. I close my eyes, take a few breathes and concentrate my chakra. I feel the chakra gathering smoothly in my hand and I begin to send it through the leaf. As I do so I begin to feel the presence of Wind inside the leaf. I maintain focus to keep the Wind feeling going*

Great, now try to slice it a little, try to find out your wind chakra by breathing in and out, focus and do it carefully, feel the air around you.

 

[Dupa]

*I begin to slowly inhale through my nose and out my mouth. My body begins to feel relaxed. My chakra now feels to flow much stronger and sharper. A breeze envelopes around my skin as I focus the sharp chakra into the leaf, eventually cutting it a little*

 

[Jokey]

Good, now go sit and meditate, breath in and breath out, focus and listen to the wind closely stay focused, breath in and breath out, do it by breathing through your nose and exhale through your mouth, while doing that try to release a little wind out your mouth, while doing that keep your eyes closed and send chakra trough your whole body, think about wind.

*I sit down cross-legged, hands folded on my lap and eyes closed. I inhale in my nose, out my mouth in regular intervals. My newly felt Wind chakra circulates throughout my body. I feel it's calm, strong, and sharp nature in and around me. I notice that I've been now exhaling a small amount of Wind*

Wow sensei. The experience was amazing. My chakra feels much stronger than before. My breathing feels much more relaxed and calm. As I followed your instructions I began to understand how great an element Wind is. It's amazing how it can cool you with a breeze during a hot day or just simply blow you away while ripping you apart. My body and chakra are ready for more

*As I fall to my doom I start to channel my Wind chakra inside of me. I inhale a huge breath, filling my lungs all the way, and unleash a big burst of Wind out of my mouth attempting to slow down my descent*

Alright, I see what you're doing there. You mean by the wind pushing us back, lowering our acceleration right? For some reason you just did the exact same thing which this technique describes.

Description: User creates a wall of spinning wind in front of him that is used to push back weapons thrown towards him. It can also be used against taijutsu close range attacks, but the wall can be pushed back with a stronger wind jutsu or if a smoke bomb or explosive tag touches the spinning wind they will automatically get activated because of the sharpness of the wind element, damaging the user also.

Oh Look, there is a dust cloud, full of dust! maybe we could use that also in our technique!
