Lol he is way above the chunin level but regardless of how strong he is or how battle smart he he will never and I repeat never ever pass the 1st round haha. Classroom written tests are his biggest wekaness and I know its all about how to gather intel on your enemy without being caught. But Naruto doesn't have that ability to be suttle so if the other ninja's have done their homework then they should know that he doesn't really have a chance to make it to the 2nd round as Ibiki won't fall for the same thing twice.

Thats true but for each clone his strength drops as a result of equalising their chakra so its still even in that respect but I would be amazed if he even needed clone's lol. But as I said earlier he won't pass the first round.
