I use GIMP, you can download it for free, and then just look for some tutorials to help thats what i did.

I would help you in other ways but I'm new to GIMP myself but there are tutorials in the GFX Tutorials section:

i like it alot better than the zoro sig but that could be that the render looks oddly proportioned
anyways I really like this, obito looks badass and the quote is one of the best in naruto
