before he got EMS, sasuke was on kage level (he fought the raikage to the point where it would have been a double KO). Now? AFAIK, EMS doesn't make you any more powerful then you were when you had MS (just less eyestrain). So I'd still put him on kage level.

he aint that good in rooms because he needs space for his amaratesu because why take the chance to get hit, his susanoo dont have the space. his speed and sword abilities dos give him an advantage but i would say i have seen better.
