Sakura getting new powers

Okay guys, you may recognize me from the "Sakura SO selfish thread" (supporting Sakura ) But it got me thinking, Kishi said earlier this year that he had "forgot about Sakura" And Sakura always complains about being too weak... Anyone think that she might get some new techs soon or do something epic? I really hope so, cause she was keeping up with Naruto and Sasuke and her fight against Sasori was awesome but she just kinda died down

What do you guys think?

Well she wasn't exactly keeping up with Sasuke and Naruto, but she was doing pretty good at the beginning of Shippuden, until Kishi was like "F this, I need to bring her down a few pegs".

I think she can probably learn some genjutsu, since she was said to be a genjutsu-type. Maybe she can learn the summoning jutsu from Tsunade. Or she can find her element.

Yeah I hope she finds her element! Ninjutsu would really help her out and genjutsu as well!

It's kind of unfair for her though since Kakashi took no interest in her. He focused it on Naruto and Sasuke, more specifically Sasuke. And Tsunade probably didn't teach her much besides medical justsu, from what we know so far. Oh and super strength too.

Well at this point, it kinda is. I mean she can't really learn any new jutsus in the war, as she's not the type of character that Kishi will allow to pull jutsus out of their a**. But if she learned some other kind of jutsus over the timeskip or before the war actually started, then that would be cool.

I hope she learned something during the timeskip :O Cause she really hasn't been showcased in the war, so when naruto was getting escorted to the island. We can only hope

yeah but sakura never searched for someone to teach her something. kakashi chose sasuke to teach since he had sharingan and could use lightning. but he didn't leave naruto out. he gave ebisu to teach him xd. when ebisu proved not enough jiraiya took the training and after that naruto defeated neji, the genius before sasuke, and fought on par with gaara :|
both those improvements were done in the 30 days between 3rd and 4th round of chuunin exam. in those 30 days sakura didn't do any training. and after the war we've never seen her improving. if she tried to train she could've find someone to teach her too. kakashi isn't the only choice

I honestly think Kurenai would be the ideal choice for a teacher for Sakura. Kurenai is a very proficient genjutsu user and Sakura is shown to have potential in the area. If Sakura were to go to Kurenai for genjutsu training, it would make Sakura's job as a medical ninja even easier in a way. She could probably use genjutsu on an opponent and make it so, that enemy thinks she is not even there at a battle or healing anyone for that matter. That way Sakura can do her job even more efficiently while not alerting the enemy or getting herself injured. This is if she learns genjutsu of course xd

Well I hope Sakura showcases some abilities (new ones ahaha) in the upcoming battles (if indeed the konoha 11 come to the naruto vs tobi battlefield.)

Hopefully something new, I'm tired of the redundant techs, although that Scalpel Jutsu would be pretty sweet with her knowledge of Anatomy, she can mess dudes up just like Kabuto did in part 1.
