ems awakened in one eye?

I was wondering if its possble to awaken eternal mangekyo shaingran in only one eye. For example, tobi showing madaras ems in one eye when he had his old outift. And i would be happy if any of you could show me any unique powers that only the ems has. Maybe new form of amatersau or even more complex tsukuyomi that not only tortures and kills victims but also locks them away?

His yasaka magatma type ability is pretty cool though. I guess its unique with every user. Itachi's magatama were larger but less in quantity. Madara's were smaller but more in quantity. Sasuke's were combined with amatreasu flames.

He never did, but he showed the ability to control a bijuu and only ems has that ability.

wrong, madara has control over kyuubi with regular sharingan, and sasuke appeared in narutos mind and suppressed his chakra...even taking him out of his one tail state

Maybe its yet to be mentioned just like alot of other things. I'm not insisting anything, I just find it rather dull that the ems only has the ability to restore the users vision for eternity. I mean it woudl be intersting if it had what I suggested or anything similar, wouldnt you agree?
