Description: Bring forth lightning that is compressed into a ball that sends forth shots of lightning, that spin through the air that has slight drill qualities, allowing the shot to partially get into the opponents body, giving them a powerful shock to the system, that can render the closest organ it attacks paralyzed for a few moments.(Stun lasts until the end of this turn)

and I just take it to the face because it is over

Yea its not cheating to give yourself a kekkei genkai element and EMS AND a Bijuu AND use all 5 elements when your post count dictates you can only use 4...
Ok... screw it... im giving myself EMS in my profile so i can just teleport people vital organs away in the middle of battle....

people need to learn Element Nature Manipulation before they can use an element...
its not like...
ok i have 1000 posts... i chose my 3rd element is lightning...
and bam instantly able to use lightning techs...

i have chosen lightning as my 3rd element... but i still havent been trained in it so i know no lightning techs...

and i will wait....

But For Example:
Kazuku (no offense just an example) chooses lightning copies a lightning technique and instantly is able to use it...
WRONG...
SweetSasuke is gonna have a field day when he comes back... and finds out all the training and sensei rules have gone to shit...
