I think Madara is toying with the Kages. He isn't really trying to kill them. And we don't know whether Madara has Amaterasu and Tsukoyomi or not. I think he has more up his sleeve.

He does. As stated by Kishi, Susano'o is the combination of Amaterasu and Tsukoyomi as each are in one eye and Susano'o is both eyes. I THINK I'm pretty sure anyway.

Actually, I don't mind if it ended in at least 5-6 chaps. It's enough for Itachi and Sasuke deal with Kabuto (and more than enough to fail) and seeing Madara spamming around Hashi's techs is getting boring.

Possible I bet He and Tobi will dominate the Battelfield Via some unkown tech soon...But I was implying , that Edo Madara Summon is "Special" Kabuto cant release it.

Itachi is expendable at this point. But Sasuke is a main character... if he get captured then assimilated or something then there wouldn't be the Naruto vs Sasuke big fate fight 'n' stuff...
Madara is destroying the Kages.... I think this set up is just pointing at some kind of count down (in which zero is the Kages' death) that Sasuke and Itachi are going to try and defuse on time.
And most of all... You guys really think Itachi just said exactly what he's actual plan is? That'd be terrible... so there is room for surprise that we "wouldn't" expect.

why do you assume kabuto wont kill both sasuke and itachi?

I think we all know the only way for the story to get better is for the naruto to be backed to wall with no allies. The allaniance needs to get close to falling otherwise the villains were crap this war and would be a poor ending to the series.

Thats my 2cents anyway.
