Shaping of the shinobi world...

We know Tobi has influenced alot of events in the narutoverse. How significant do you think his influences are in shaping the shinobi world? Are they for the best or for the worst? Some examples:
1. Minato and kushinas death
2. Naruto becoming jinchuriki
3. Kyubi attack on konoha which lead to uchihas being blamed which eventually lead to itachi killing them all
4. Sasukes pain
5. Influencing akatsuki and using nagato
6. Controlling yagura

Feel free to add more incase i left any out discuss, id like to hear some opinions.

theres been alot bigger like SO6P obv, sons, madara made a HUGE impact, harashima, naruto made the shonobi world a kinder place as a kid and oro made a new village

it wasn't tobi who made sasuke stronger and NOT even stronger than naruto!
if sasuke wanted he would transplanted itachi's eyes without tobi's help. that was always itachi's plan but tobi is like the US.

Not all the time, he put yagura under a genjutsu and was basicly the mizukage, he had to fight konan to find out where nagatos body is and he tried destroying konoha with the kyubi
