This is a character I've made a long time ago and I wanted to paint her in SAI. It's kinda sloppy since I was just messing around. So excuse that. xd

Also, she isn't black or Mexican. She's Japanese. But I made her skin too dark.

She seems really dark in the face to me. I over shaded a bit.

I used another picture to draw the outline (since I can't draw worth a crap) and then did all the rest by scratch.
