Base Naruto Jonin lvl ??

Naruto just by a little beyond jounin level. He knows 2 jutsu's extremely useful and powerful ( bushin's and a wide variation of rasengans ) also he started to use his brain more.

Now let's think about Neji, Temari, etc if u take away from them their techniques; i mean leave Neji's byakugan but take away his attacks on chakra levels, and take Temari's scrolls away from her. She & He will definitly lose. So they are either at the same jounin base level or naruto is beyond it. The only one beyond Naruto's base level from my pov is the bug user ( forgot his name ).
Second of all why would you bother making such a thread when we all know that if u would have KM or SM powers u will never come back to base level in a fight. No offense but useless thread.

Oh and i forgot PLOT NO JUTSU is his most powerful non charka consumable move he has. So i'd like to see when Naruto uses it. "After a 5 days fight between Naruto & Sasuke, the last one cut Naruto's legs and he can't do anything to escape from death. A few seconds later: *And So Sasuke died*" PLOT NO JUTSU FTW

We don't take away their techniques since they are not power-ups like sage mode or KM/BM. Please don't get me started on how all of them could beat naruto in base mode.

I know and understand your pain but I agree that Kankuro you be the best for that one. I know it was just a filler, but look at the anime where Konohamaru went up against Temari.....had he connected, she'd been done. She was still shouting out her nin-art when he was practically in her face with that Rasengan....since Naruto is better at using Shadow clones...he's close in on her too fast and too quick.

Kankuro on the other hand is a trap-master.....He's the Shino of the Sand village....his traps lead into other traps...and if you take him lightly...well you get the idea....

I suppose I can understand that. If Naruto got close, Temari would lose her best advantage. here's my answer to those who beleave naruto isn't a jonin lvl shinobi.

all you see is chuunin exam naruto, naruto vs sasuke lose, naruto at the start of the time skip.

you all refuse to beleave he can grow as a character.

Quickly, but not isntantly, so Naruto couldnt save Sakura using SM speed. Live with that.

Oh don't get me wrong. Temari is very tenacious in a fight. She's very unpredictable, making her known Long Range fighting style a feint for an up close battle....depending on the opponent. Again I see your point with clones especially Naruto's clones....they're a special breed even though they're suppose to disappear on contact, those fukkers are tough....:scorps:

If you rate purely on power Naruto is a low-level Jonin at best except that his chakra reserves outlast everyone in base level except kisame, so I'd say that coupled with his stubbornness and unwillingness to lose/give up, the chakra pool along with everything he can do in base form would make him a solid jonin. I'd also like to point out that naruto is every bit as fast as sasuke in base form ... and the raikage if he doesn't use his raiton ability, so saying he's slow is a bit of an understatement unless you compare him to his father except his father used an ability much like teleportation to be that fast.

If you include everything else like; sage mode, mastering a technique even his father couldn't(possibly the only kage besides hashirama that had a chance at beating madara), mastering sage mode(jaraiya couldn't do this), and his will of fire set him apart from every ninja we know...combine them and he's far above any kage or ninja we've seen and to be honest I want to see them pit naruto against madara because I think we'd see a fight with an ending much like the one we saw when naruto fought neji hyuga, very close fight testing both ninja's but naruto would come out victorious.

So, I would have to say that in Base mode naruto at this time in the series is every bit of a jonin as the most powerful of them...combine them with everything he has at his disposal and his unwillingness to lose makes him a ninja that has no rival. except Hashirama, that also would be a fight I'd love to see:scorps:

The facts? Base Naruto has not one long or mid range jutsu.Every shinobi I listed does, with the exception of chojuro.Which is why I gave Base Naruto a slight chance against Chojuro.Also, every shinobi I listed is smarter than Naruto, and have more battle experience.

I am sorry but Naruto is faster than A and it has already been shown when he was using Chakra Mode he moved past him like it was noting at the end and he was in his lightning armor. Right now Naruto is the fastest Shinobi that I have seen and no one right can match him not even A.

Also yes Kakashi did wonder if Naruto surpassed him because of his chakra levels but you have to remember that Naruto is only 16 and have many more years ahead of him. Yes Kakashi has many more jutsus and experience than Naruto but Naruto has more chakra and potential than Kakashi and if he has not surpassed him yet he will in a very very big way.

I'd say tokubetsu jonin. His strength lie's in his ninjutsu. He sucks and genjutsu and his skill in taijutsu is not on par with his ninjutsu ( I dont think).

Although, overall he is of jonin level power. The reason I said he's tokubetsu is cuz I think they specialise in a particular area - for naruto, I think it would be ninjutsu.

Ninjutsu?? Really?? If anything he doesn't have enough...especially since he's a wind natured shinobi...would love to see him use more but he only have his clones and the rasengan...yeah he uses different variants of them, but they're still the same nin-arts, just different levels of power, some even give the same outcome....target destroyed or out of commission....:scorps:

I think of he's Jounin lvl and I going by technique. At base lvl, he does not have the rasen-shuriken complete. Clearly a high jounin or kage lvl technique, but still incomplete, because of proximinity. Without sage mode that's as far as he goes. But his mastery of shadow clones... which is a chunin lvl technique... is actually way beyond that... at the forbidden level if I'm not mistaken... I will go check... Which puts him around the low Kage lvl, but for only one technique. And then there is maturity.. as he stands in the Manga today... base lvl - pre SM, Jounin Level, could be a Kage, but.... not quite there yet.

Naruto adjust for most situations, you're a dumbass with no comprehension of the Manga if you think Naruto won't come up with some creative never before seen type of weird strategy that only he can do, none of his fights could be predicated by anyone, no matter how knowledgeable they think they are of the Manga, you just underestimate him because he uses the cloak all the time, and on the real though, Kankuro beating Naruto with low difficulty is lulz, can I have some of what you're smokin

Base Naruto is definitely at Jounin level. Kakashi stated this himself after the Kakuzo fight.
