Kabuto can't die YET!!

i don't think kabuto's time is up yet. Itachi and sasuke probably will stop him but some of his body (snake) will escape and he will be back shortly after.
Kbuto has only justt recently been introduced to the war in his snake form so i don't think he will be dying any time soon UNLESS orochimaru replaces him.

Kabuto may be stronger than Orochimaru but he will never be as good a villain as Orochimaru.

Kabuto once said earlier in the Manga that he has to keep his chakara at a certain level to stop the Oro cells from overtaking him. So you can take that how you want it.
