The perfect way to catch someone off guard is to tell them a bunch of bullshit and do just the opposite. Now Kabuto will be looking to stop Itachi's Tsukuyomi* and itachi probably has a completely different plan up his sleeve.

Is it just me or does it seem pretty pathetic that the Uchia who are feared by all are now teaming up to take one guy down, even if it is to capture and not kill. So much hype about them, but now u have Sasuke n Itachi teaming up to take Kabuto down.

A lot of what Madara says is true... Even without the 1st Hokage's powers, Madara would still wreck shop on the Kages. So much for the whole thing about how the younger generations surpass the old. Madara taking on 5 Kages at once, but I forget that he can't be killed. But still, u have Naruto and company against Tobi, 5 Kages vs Madara... n now Itachi n Sasuke vs Kabuto... N here I thought the 4th Hokage was a bad ass, nobody has nothing on the 1st.

You're whole post is just wrong and dry. And here are the reasons why:

1) It's a hell of a lot harder to capture someone than outright killing them. Otherwise this series would be over a lot faster.

2) Personally I'm not a fan of the Uchiha, but KabutOro is above both their levels, so it's only natural to ask for help, no matter how much of a genius or superior nin you're made out to be.

3) Hurizen even said it himself, the 4th was possibly the greatest shinobi of the Leaf, and he wasn't Uchiha or Senju. So you can't bad mouth a shinobi because he wasn't 1 of the 2 parts of the so6p. That just makes him that much better a badass because he WASN'T.

Madara is toying with his food, if he truely wanted them dead, he'd done it by now...he purposely got scratched on his shoulder to knock off some armor to show Hirashima's face....purposely....another failed post....:scorps:

does any one else think that in the grand scheme of things kishi is gona make sasuke good again and live a happy life where him and naruto end up fighting on the same side?

just thoughts, the last 2 chapters have showin sasuke in a diffrent light rather than the dark emo i dont gve a s*it side we usualy see. if ive missed somthing or you think im typing rubbish IM SORRYYYY just a bit confused lol

Awesome chapter.

Madara is a very cocky character but likable in the way he presents himself. Who would've thought he was going to use mass shadow clones to fight the Kages? I think his pride and self-confident will be his end.

I personally think Kishi had Sasuke tag along with Itachi to shed light on Sasuke's good side. A lot of people started hating Sasuke for the douchebag he became after Itachi's death so what better way to put him back on the likable side than to have him fight alongside Itachi? I kind of like Sasuke's character when he's not going on about killing everyone.

Kabuto doesn't seem worried one bit... I guess we'll see his secret jutsu in the coming chapters.

man madara didnt make shadow clones like naruto does he made Mokuton clones(wood clones) the special ability only hashirama has..:flaw:

very gd chapter, I kinda like sasuke now and for some reason, I feel like he might awaken sometin new in dis battle from his EMS to up his level closer to Madara's... I know they will stop Kabuto cos that's d best way to stop Madara's madness now. And then after that Tobi is in trouble cos Itachi will end up telling Sasuke things that wld make him turn on Tobi. Then rest of Taka: Jugo and d rest will bring d scroll which shld b Tobi's weakness...cos I think Orochimaru knew about him too which is why he kinda dislikes Orochimaru. Then it will b Sasuke helping naruto and Kakashi fight Madara like d old times when they fought Zabuza.

Kages will have a hard time defeating the clones.

Since Itachi is no longer controlled by Kabuto (having severed his connection with the jutsu), when he forces Kabuto to do the hand seals to end the technique it will have no effect on him. (in theory)

My guess is that he has Sasuke (or others) seal him after the fight.

Nahhh, I don't think so.
I think also with Kabuto's failed entreaty to Sasuke as well, that might mean that he can't simply cancel Itachi's Edo Tensei, but that he has to do all of them at the same time.

(I was wondering last week whether since he wanted Sasuke and Sasuke came to him he might cancel it - screw Tobi, pull the rug out from under Itachi and "nab" Sasuke all in one shot. Guess not. xd )

Once he has control over the Edo Tensei he'll probably allow the other Shinobi to seal Madara and Mu. Talk to Sasuke. Then tell Sasuke to get ready to strike Kabuto's killing blow, cancel Edo Tensei. And hopefully Sasuke will manage to land that blow if not Amateresu should do the trick.

(Although in my personal opinion, I think any confrontation between Sasuke and Kabuto should be strictly long to medium range since Kabuto's hands are rather deadly. And given that he just wants to subdue Sasuke this works pretty well for him)

Discussion: The front cover weirded me out at first but I quickly came to find the chibi characters humorous and I loved chibi Sasuke xd The cover also solidified the surreal realization that this fight and possibly the manga is coming to an end faster than I initially thought -_-

Tsunade was epic in this chapter and she was able to overcome the attack from Madara much to the dismay of readers who deemed her dead/pathetic. It was revealed that she used her grandfather’s jutsu which is awesome-her possessing a piece of him. Madara surely underestimated her and finally Kishi is having her shine for once and the fight is becoming even more interesting.

The highlight for me was of course Sasuke&Itachi v.s. Kabumaru. Many stated Sasuke to kill or turn on Itachi in some manner. However, this chapter thus far proved them all wrong but wait!-I thought he was a cold blooded murderer who cares for no one?

In the way Kishimoto is currently portraying Sasuke’s character in my opinion is phenomenal albeit due to Itachi’s presence. Although, this and the promise he made to himself about Naruto is most likely the beginning of his transition back into part 1 Sasuke. If Itachi is unable to bring him back to his senses with their talk (given the chance) then hopefully it will at least soften him enough for Naruto to handle. This fight is the craziest and it can definitely turn out any numbers of ways!

Prediction: I’m thinking when all is said between the bothers and half snake, the fight will ensue. Then there are two scenerios in my opinion either Kabumaru will be revealed to be a clone as he just seemed to calm in response to his life potentially coming to an end and I don’t think it has anything to do with him stating that the Edo Tensei will continue even after his demise. Or that he isn't a clone, has something fierce up his sleeve which somehow ends Itachi's life therefore negating the conversation between the bothers afterwards this invoking Sasuke to lose his last screw and he goes berserk on Kabumaru causing his death.

This conversation was very vague. We don't know exactly what was being talked about. Nothing specific was said. Danzou merely said something like, so he told you. These two may not even be talking about he same thing. I have to go back and read this. But I got the impression Danzou thought Itachi told Sasuke the story.

True Itachi did not deny it, but he did not confirm it. He told Naruto to essentially not talk about it.

As for the conversation between Itachi and Sasuke. Itachi was only explaining to Sasuke why he was left alive nothing else.

While these are good points to bring up, none of them add up to concrete proof that Tobi's story is true. We still don't know what the Uchiha clan was up to when the nine tails attacked Konoha. Did they all support the destruction of Konoha? Or not? There are too many questions for me to conclude that Tobi is telling the truth. Add in Tobi's lack of credibility and you get more than enough doubt for me.

Not to mention he's been in the background for at least 50 years - even controlling the Mizukage at one point as well.
That leaves a very big "WHAT HAS HE BEEN DOING ALL OF THIS TIME?" sized hole.
And why was Itachi the only one to cotton on as well - at least to be mentioned?
He told Sasuke how everything he did was for his clan - but in the end he left them. And when their executioner apparently asked him to assist him in carrying out the dirty work he didn't grass Itachi up to them and return to them a hero - quoting some "I knew this would happen, so I watched over you from the shadows" nonsense, he just joins in.
Sasuke also heard Tobi/Madara/Masked man implied involvement straight from the fox's mouth as well.
(Although considering the number of questions throughout the story that Sasuke never even asked, maybe the only brain power he actually has are devoted solely to battle smarts.)
Not to mention, how many things that have happened in the series on screen, off screen, and to be learned in the future that may actually be his direct doing. Like all supposed woes of the whole Uchiha clan. If all the described discrimination occurred after the fox attack then it is directly his fault. Not to say that they couldn't have come up with other ways that didn't involve kicking off ninja world war 4 to deal with the problems they face. But then again maybe he cemented that resolution that they had no other choice. Because from my perspective their actions were nothing but suicidal.
Konoha is like the military might of the Fire country, Konoha being crippled by a coup means the Fire country's enemies carving her up.
