What if tobi is also also a creation of orochimaru like Yamato who is said to be a lab rat of orochimaru and had the 1st hokage DNA and Tobi who had the 1st hokage ang Madara DNA.This is my first thread hope someone will help me or correct me if my theory is far from reality..

Yamato wasn't created by Oro. If I remember correctly, Oro said that he tested the first hokage's cells on 11 people and only Yamato survived.

Okay, it doesn't matter. What matters is that Oro injected Hashirama's DNA to Yamato. He wasn't 'created' by Oro.

it is not possible because the first thing is that orochimaru cant give him a saringan. As you know that the orochimaru also wanted the saringan by takeover the sasuke's body if he was able to give the saringan to tobi then he was plant saringan in his own body instead giving it to tobi

is'nt this before he left and joined akatsuki because after he was baet by itachi thats when he became addicted to the sharingan

Because he isn't and uchia and it would take up to much chackra he wanted to have and uchia body.
My theory is that orochimaru knew about the evolution of the sharingan and that eventually after progressing through MS EMS it would reach the rinnegan.
now ororchimaru wanted 2 tings to learn and master every jutsu in the world and learn the secret to immortality
now just having the sahringan wont let you learn every justu because Orochimaru doesn't have all 5 chackra natures.
He knew the sharingan would eventually became the rinegan which in turn would give him access to all 5 chakcra natures + ying and yang chackra which in turn would allow him to learn and master every jutsu in the world and thus discover the secret to true immortality instead of swapping body's.
He needed and actual uchia body that can use the sharingan with no real cost as opposed to kakashi who looses great amounts of chackra using the sharingan as he isnt and uchia .
I believe he was Madara's experiment while he was trying to learn how to splice his and Hashirama's dna effectively. When you think about it, it makes sense trying to test that sort of thing on something first before you just alterate your own dna. It has to be more complex than just sticking a needle full of Hashi's blood into his body. And then somewhere down the line, Tobi overpowered him while he was in a weakened state and stole his eyes to be put into Nagato. Even though they know eachother, its easy to tell Tobi isn't fond of Madara.
Either that or Madara didn't know anything about bioengeneering and Tobi was the scientist that helped him. In this scenerio, Tobi doesn't even have to be born an Uchiha. He could have just enhanced his own body. And perhaps he lost loved ones due to the wars between the Senju and Uchiha which inspired him to put the moons eye plan into the action but he wanted to cut Madara out of the picture because of his hatred towards him.
