Not a bad chapter, both itachi + sasuke vs kabuto and kage fight are geared up to go all out. However i wonder what kabuto has still got up his sleeve, maybe a way to counter itachi's tsukuyomi not sure..:shrug: madara seems undefeatable for the moment though which is kinda worrying maybe a few of the kages will finally be killed

The truth about Itachi as told by Tobi (the guy who has been running around saying he is Madara). I have a feeling Tobi didn't tell the whole story and left out parts that would interfere with his plans of getting Sasuke to help him.

I suspect Itachi will tell us things we haven't heard yet.

Again I ask. Why do people believe everything Tobi says? He has lied about his identity what else is he lieing about?

If there is more we need to know, then that's fine, but beyond perhaps Itachi's feelings during the whole matter we've got a pretty good idea of what went on

This conversation was very vague. We don't know exactly what was being talked about. Nothing specific was said. Danzou merely said something like, so he told you. These two may not even be talking about he same thing. I have to go back and read this. But I got the impression Danzou thought Itachi told Sasuke the story.

True Itachi did not deny it, but he did not confirm it. He told Naruto to essentially not talk about it.

As for the conversation between Itachi and Sasuke. Itachi was only explaining to Sasuke why he was left alive nothing else.

While these are good points to bring up, none of them add up to concrete proof that Tobi's story is true. We still don't know what the Uchiha clan was up to when the nine tails attacked Konoha. Did they all support the destruction of Konoha? Or not? There are too many questions for me to conclude that Tobi is telling the truth. Add in Tobi's lack of credibility and you get more than enough doubt for me.

This chapter just confirmed what ive been thinking for awhile, that Kabuto must be much more powerful then people give him credit for, I mean if itachi seriously thinks he needs sauskes help to take care of him, then he must be ridiculously strong.

Not true my friend. Itachi has only requested Sasuke's help in order for Sasuke not killing Kabuto. For if Kabuto dies without doing the seals, the edo tensei will not stop. Instead of having a triangular fight with each ones personal agenda, this tag team now has only one aim.
Kabuto is strong in a vicious way, anyone saying the contrary is a moron. Hell, he has Madara on his side and, according to me, he can summon him at any time by his side at the battle scene.

Fair enough - but Danzo thought Itachi told him because of what Sasuke asked him. Hence, this gives some credibility to the story of Itachi's mission.

Correct. He told Sasuke that he was left alive because he was too young to know about the coup. So ... in other words he confirmed his mission here.

You can believe whatever you want to believe, but there seems to be plenty of evidence that Tobi's explanation on the Uchiha massacre was correct.

It was an interesting chapter to say the least. I did like Madara's answer to Tsunade's statement of 5v1. Now we get the chance to really see what the 5 kages can dish out on their own.

Now when it comes to Sasuke and Itachi... :sasuke::itachi:

I'm glad they're teaming up cause I'm positive Kabuto has a arsenal of secretes hidden up his scaly sleeves. And now with them fighting; we get to see his real powers since absorbing Orochimaru.

I did like the chapter, however I'd have preferred it if they'd have focused on one fight alone, but in more depth. Although saying that, the next chapter or 3 should be awesome.

Well I was right as far as my predictions went.

i dont like the way kabuto's so confident , it only tells me he will probably fight on equal terms against itachi and sasuke , what to me would make no sens cause either 1 of them shud have no problem with putting him under genjutsu, i feel like kishi gonna troll us and come up with some crazy power up for kabuto without a real reasonable explenation exept for plot no jutsu

Awesome chapter!
I really liked the cover; it's always nice to see a different style once in a while.

I guess we could have all predicted Tsunade would have Hashirama's healing abilities. It was obvious from the moment she used Byakugō no Jutsu. I just wonder how the Kages are going to last against Madara's clones. They just barely defeated one!

I'm really hyped up for the Uchiha Bros. v Kabuto. I'm actually glad Sasuke is intelligent enough to work with Itachi, and not get manipulated by Kabuto or anyone else, for once. It'll be interesting to see just what Kabuto has up his sleeve.
Though, I do think Itachi has become slightly overconfident. Why would he tell Kabuto his plan? :shrug:
Can't wait for Itachi's talk with Sasuke afterward. That's if Itachi doesn't disappear with Edo Tensei.

Lastly, I'm disappointed that we didn't get an update about Naruto v Tobi. We didn't need that pointless scene of Ōnoki 'firing mah lazaar' on Madara, since we already know he can absorb it (and he'll just regenerate anyway).
Kishi could have just cut that scene out and given us an insight to Naruto's fight. It was shown on the front cover, after all.

Overall, a high 4/5.
