Could Edo Madara and Edo Hashirama take over?!?

Imagine somehow if Hashirama were never sealed and brought back in his prime through Edo Tensei. Could he and Edo Madara (if they teamed up) pretty much take over the world? They were the 2 most powerful shinobi in history. Those 2 alone would've wiped the 5 kages off of the planet if they teamed up. Random thought...
