It's impossible to give solid info because we know too little of Tobirama, I can't for sure say that he's top 10, but you can't prove that he's not

but going with how strong he was implied to be, I'd say he's either right behind, or 1 or 2 shinobi below Hashirama

I can't remember saying Anything about Hashirama and him being in the Top 10.
Most of my arugments againsts him are Him Being in the Top 5.

His unknown S/T Could be Anything, and its More speculation, He will Need More than Water Jutsu's to Break through susanoo or Counter FTG.

Nor Can tobirama counter Itachi's One second tsukuyomi, Hasn't shown to be fast enough to Dodge amaterasu Nor has he shown Jutsu's Powerful enoguh to even Harm Susanoo, Let alone a susanoo with Spirit weapons.

The deciding factor would be the workings or limitations of Tobiramas S/T jutsu. If his S/T jutsu is on par(which I highly doubt) or is just good enough to negate Minatos the best I see Minato doing is tagging Tobirama with the death god.

Itachi stamina will eventually get to him when he has to use Susanoo which will make him fatigued. Itachi's Susanno haves Yata Mirror which can nullify all atacks and 1 hit from Sword of Totsuka and Tobirama is trapped in the genjutsu world forever. So he can end this fast enough and still have some stamina left.

C'mon man! Just a myth isn't going to make him a top 10! Minato's S/t Tech has to be better than Tobirama's since Minato came after Tobirama which means he must have know Tobirama's S/t techs and so he improved it. All that S/t can do is teleport an object from one place to another so I don't know how that's going to help Tobirama against Minato and I think it was said in the manga that Minato improved the S/t to a point where he could use it in actual battle! xd

P.S. After tomorrow's manga, we will truly find out whether Tobirama can beat itachi or not so don't go anywhere and wait till tomorrow. Thank you! xd
