How many Jonin does Konoha have?

I count 12 active Jonin.

Some inactive ones like the advisers for Tsunade.

But idk does the databook have an official statement on how many there are? The joint shinobi alliance was 80,000 strong so Konoha should have around 16,000 ninjas. I mean there has to be more than 12 jonin right?
