Your examples are dark (cause they are night time) and the stars overlay wont show well on them....

oh well I'll try it and I'll post whatever comes out of it....

Sorry that effect on the 2nd example fails badly and looks Brown-ish instead of red.
I'll leave my try as it is...if you dont like it,its okay.
