I was re-watching Naruto Shippuden Episode 220
and close to the beginning we get to see sasuke after
implementing itachi's eye's, but we also see in the background
all of Tobi's sharingan eye's!?

Doesn't sasuke question why he has so many of
them or why he needs them?

That's like a big [wtf] hardly makes sense to me.

one eye is equals to one izinagi casting. that is why danzo had his arms filled with uchiha eyes so he could cast them multiple times and only an uchiha with the 1st hokage's dna could do an izinagi.

anyway, sasuke wont be surprised upon seeing those sharingan eyes because he knows that tobi was there during the night the uchihas were slaughtered by itachi. tobi told sasuke the whole story while healing him after the itachi-sasuke fight, remember?

tobi told sasuke that itachi asked for his help in killing the whole clan because itachi was commanded by the elders and the anbu head.
sasuke wont mind if tobi collected these eyes from the dead uchihas because even he knows the value of an uchiha eye. his mentor kakashi has a sharingan implant, his brother killed a friend to gain mangekyou and he has read in the uchiha secret book how uchihas dream of having an eternal mangekyou even if it meant killing each other.

these sharingan eyes wont be used by tobi just to cast an izinagi, he will implant these eyes on his own army.
