Intelligence:Madara,minato,kakashi, Chakra level:naruto by far. Wide range of known justsu:the thrid,Orochimaru. Strength:madara,the first,nagato,jiriaya,Tsuande Genjustsu user:itachi,madara,sasuke. . Of course these are just my opinion and I didn't do all the categories so don't start hating and give your own opinion below
