with knowledge- tsukyomi is easily avoided, whilst even with knowledge BOD can still be cast without eye contact etc. so if your opponent has knowledge of your techs THEN BRINGER OF DARKNESS IS MUCH MORE USEFUL AND DEADLY.

without knowledge-exact same as above for BOD, but tsukyomi is easily cast on an unweary opponent looking at your eyes. so with no knowledge of your techs THEN TSUKYOMI IS MORE DEADLY AND USEFUL.

Easily? Sorry to remind you, but the only person who can fight while completely avoiding eye contact with Uchiha is Gai, no one else. He himself said that learned how to do it after countless fights with Kakashi.

You said using techniques is the same as walking on water. Walking on water and walking on trees require chakra control. Naruto didn't have this chakra control which is why it took him a few days to learn it, but before he learnt it he already knew how to use kage bunshin, and transformation technique. The fact that he could use these techs refute your claim that the chakra control of walking on water is required to use a technique since Naruto could use jutsu even when he didn't know how to walk on water or walk on trees. Pain's chakra blade disturb chakra, don't they? When he stabbed Kakashi with it during their battle Kakashi could still use his Raikiri on pain which is why Pain had to dodge, this is the ultimate proof that one can still use a technique with their chakra being disturbed, if Kakashi could Use Raikiri with Pain disturbing his chakra, why can't Hiruzen use Shiki Fujin while disturbing his own chakra? He didn't even try to break it. Orochimaru didn't even expect him to break it beacuse, like the clam, you have to find and attack the caster to break it which is what Hiruzen did to break BOD.

im comparing the genjutsu itself, not the opponent.... all i am saying is with knowledge of tsukyomi it is alot more easily avoided than having knowledge of BOD

also avoided using shadow clones....

Becuase this required less chakra control than walking on trees. Why Naruto was so lame in the academy? Becuase he lacked chakra control, thats why he couldnt use normal Bunshins. It was actually easier for him to use Kage Bunshins, since they require more chakra and Naruto could handle them better.

When Kakashi told Sakura, Naruto, Chiyo to do it, they were perfecly capable.

Sakura and Chiyo werent even fighing, it was Kakashi who was doing most of the job. Fighing with Uchiha while completely avoiding eye contact is very hard, that was the reason of making the rule "when you fight Uchiha 1 on 1 reatreat".

What are you talking about? That Raikiri lasted until he tried to hit Pain with it, pain dodged and it hit the wall, you ever see a Raikiri still active its been used? Another is this, Jiraiya was stabbed by 5 chakra disruption blades and could use a technique called the finger engraving seal to write that code on Pa's back. You're going to deny this as well? Also Hiruzen had already formed the seals for Shiki Fujin, he was simply waiting for the Death God to prepare the sealing, he has already formed the seals and brought the Death God, his work is already done so he can disrupt his chakra but he didn't cuz he knew it wouldn't work.

avoiding tsukyomi with knowledge is done with shadow clones, its not awfully difficult.

although without knowledge of it you are dead

without eye sight, that decreases a ninjas capabilities by like more than70%.... relying on smell and hearing will only get you so far.... you wont be able to dodge attacks properly etc

Tsukuyomi, for the simple reason that it immediately finishes you off.

When being caught by Bringer of the Darkness, one can still act - break it, defend oneself or even attack. It's just not as powerful and deadly and can be canceled by non Uchiha, unlike Tsukuyomi.
