I can't be the only one. I just can't stand stories where the good guys always win. Sometimes bad things need to happen to spice up the story.

I personally loved it when I thought Pein actually killed up all those people like shizune. Yes even Kakashi! Actually Kakashi not so much. However I think some good people need to die to increase the overall rawness of the manga.

I'm glad Asuma got killed
Minato got killed
Even Jiraya and Itachi

Anyone agree? Thoughts?

I have to agree. I love the good guys and would be heartbroken if my favorites died, but that's what makes a manga awesome. It adds the awesome/emotional factor.

I think it's good thing when "good guys" get killed off so it doesn't always feel like a triumph over evil and to keep things more interesting. We all know good is going to win, but we need doubts and heroes must die in the process(except in shakespeare lol everyone dies XD). Though no I don't like it when goku got killed nor jiraiya(though Idc either way, he was just one of the more interesting good guys I think)

Yes, I love it when good guys die too. Maybe not initially, but in the long run it's almost always a good thing as far as the story goes. I think it brings a sense of realism that normally isn't experienced in mangas like these.

Thats what make manga so awesome. Something that lacks in many shows especially in america.

I secretly want her to die so bad! O wait guess it's not a secret anymore :S

Yeah I would have hated for Sasuke get killed at any point. What makes me more upset is how they died opposed to that they actually died. For example when Kakashi died from saving ****ing Choji's fat ass. I was so mad from cartoons that day.

Well, to give some emotional factor and to spice up things good guys have to die once in a while. But the authors can't go on rampage and kill too many, because the series will start to loose identity.

For now the main victims of the war seems it will be Yamato, Anko and Tsunade. Anko no one really cares because she never had much screen time anyway, but Yamato and Tsunade are actually big chars. And if these 3 die, I'd say is good number already. Gonna be a bit sad if Yamato dies though, cause he's quite funny QQ

hundred percent agree with you. a good guy dying in a story brings something to the story. the watcher/reader gets to empathise with the character who died thus they get more and more attached to the story! It really brings the story to a higher level, IMO.
