Also sm might increase speed but it isnt blitzing anybody. Pein was able to keep up with jiraiya and naruto in sm. Sm's speed is inferior to v1 raiton A.

This is where the real battle begins.How is he gonna get in to SM avoiding Susanoo arrows,amaterasu?He will not directly face Sasuke until he goes to SM.We saw how he battled pain effectively using clones/substitutions.He will try to avoid Sasuke outsmarting him.(he outsmarted rinnegan)He'll use barriers and would take geographical advantage (if there's water ,going under it).And for you who think Sasuke can spam amaterasu and susanoo,they are wrong.They drains his chakra tremendously.He is only using em if he has to.When he goes SM it's game on.SM is pretty fast.Naruto covered a long distance in millisecs (rescuing Tsunade from Asura path).We saw sasuke avoid Itachi's amaterasu for about good couple of yards,just by running. ...so SM speed isn't a lillte deal.It isn't as fast as A or BM Naruto but it's fast than Sasuke and is enough to avoid amaterasu.Jiraiya maybe fast enough to avoid the arrow but he can make a giant rasengan to deflect the arrow (he makes rasengan quickly.watch how he make it agianst pain it takes less than a sec).To defeat susanoo he can either use acid..(we saw susanoo melting with mizukage's acid)SM strength and the enhancement of jutsu is not to be taken lightly.He cold punch a hole with a justu.He can use the swamp of underworld to sink susanoo.(It isn't possible for lightning to cut or defuse a none dense liquid: but maybe if the tech requires constant earth chakra flow he can stop it,but we don't know it ).Another thing is food cart destroyer.He can slam susanoo to the ground take some instant advantage.With the combined elements with ma and pa,these are really possible.They can make more devastating justsus we never have seen.
