he doesnt have amaterasu or tsukiyomi itachi had it as it was unique to him and sasuke has the same abilities because they are closely related. thats like expecting madara to use kotoamatsukami. and who sayd thats not his final susanoo again itachi and sasuke are brothers so of course their abilities are the same and susanoo look similar. he might not be familiar with all rinnegan abilities.
