I restricted those 2 of Orochimaru because in a straight up battle with Kakashi Oro would win but to even the playing field I took his two best techs away.

Kakashi can't copy bloodline techniques like vomiting snakes etc.

Even though he has copied over a thousand jutsus with his sharingan, his low stamina prevents him from using them.

Kakashi's only chance is to use kamui to teleport Orochimaru away in order to buy time, then escape quickly to Konoha. :-D
