First, I'd like to mention the Asura Path... Not really underrated, but the Shinra Tensei really shadowed it's awsome abilities... I mean, it could create mechanic parts in the user, making him a super-android with laser beams and stuff... oO

OT: Another jutsu I just thought of, Orochi's one where he kind of give's birth to himself through his mouth to escape things, the real name escapes me but I like the idea, it's original and pretty cool

OT (again): Fukasaku's frog song doesn't get much notice, heck I'd say this is one of the best jutsu's :O

deidara. he had a village buster before pain did and a guaranteed one hit kill bomb before onoki did.

mei's boil release is heavily underestimated as is orochimaru's kinjutsus.

KB. most people in battledome think people will die as soon as the fight starts with one single hit and ignores the use of clones. even in a naruto vs fight. they think "oh genjutsu gg". naruto ALWAYS starts a battle with a KB

Minato's s/t barrier, Hiruzen's summoning(monkey king enma), Hashirama's mokuton(it's hard to believe but it is somewhat underrated), hidden mist jutsu, and Kisame's great shark bullet jutsu. There's others, but I just don't feel like listing them

The single most underrated by narutobase jutsu is Creation Rebirth. Case in point: people actually think Tsunade was dealt a fatal blow by Madara's Susanoo sword in the last manga chapter, even though there haven't been any flashbacks yet. Tsunade is fine and will be kicking ass next time we see her. Not that Madara won't kill her eventually...
