Kabuto can't resurrect the first hokage, second hokage, third hokage, or fourth hokage. All of them were sealed using the Death Reaper seal. Orochimaru can't be resurrected because he was sealed by Itachi using the sword of Tatsuka from his Susanoo.
I guess it's possible that one of the snakes that fled from the battle could have had Orochimaru's soul in it. However, I don't think Kabuto would be boasting Madara as his ultimate trump card if he were able to revive Orochimaru.
It would be funny, though, if Kabuto summons Orochimaru to fight both Sasuke and Itachi. I would enjoy watching them kill Orochimaru again.

epic beyond belif. i give it a 100/5...if i could that is. really hopin they switch to the Tobi VS. Naruto, B, Kakashi, and Guy battle soon. and as for Kabuto, if Itachi uses Tusukuyomi on him, then Itachi can torture him until he releases the Edo Tensei. i believe the Kage will whoop Madara and good. and as for weather or not Sasuke will be handed over to Kabuto by Itachi...i doubt it...HIGHLY doubt it.:scorps:

I'm sorry, but I don't think Kabuto can get taken over by Oro, Oro is dead, he is gone, his cells can't just magically take over his body and turn Kabuto into Oro. It is basically the same exact thing as Danzo having Hashirama's cells in him and him having to control his cells. If Danzo didn't control Hashi's cells, he wouldn't magically turn into Hashi and have Hashi's personality and stuff, and Hashi wouldn't be self aware. It's cells, it's not Oro himself. Even if it did take over Kabuto, it would just be like a reaction something along the lines of Danzo's arm turning into a tree. It wouldn't make Oro come back to life in Kabuto's body and be self aware and everything. That is just dumb. The only reason Oro took over Sasuke in the Itachi battle is because Oro put himself in Sasuke's body, his actual consciousness, not just his cells. So... are you trying to tell me that someone that was regarded as a genius in Konoha really put his one and only hope in Sauske without having a backup plan? If he was so easily able to hide his presence in someone with fantastic occular powers like Sauske, you dont think he prepared other vessells like Kabuto as a fail-safe? Even if it wasn't done knowingly, you dont think that Oro could have also hid parts of his consciousness into kabuto? Think about this. Kabuto worships the ground he walks on, to the point of implanting his cells. Earlier in the series, Kabuto even tried to encourage Oro to find another "vessell" in case Sauske's body didnt work out, and secretly wanted to be used as his vessell.
Call me a fan boy, its all good. It just seems hard for me to believe that of all the people's bodies that Oro experimented on, and his complex knowledge about body transfers, that he put his only hope in Sauske? Hell... from what we know he could STILL have a part of himself in Sauske! He was shown to be sealed by Itachi yes... but previously he was "killed" by Sauske, and his white snake was also "killed" by Amaretsu (forgive spelling). I'm worried though. It doesn't really seem likely given the plot so far, that Kabuto can scrap just one of his edo tenseis without undoing the whole thing. But what if he actually can and proximity was the only problem which has now been solved.
By the way since Kabuchimaru has in a way ventured into the same territory as Bee and the Hachibi in that he's really two in one will a genjutsu really take. Since the other part of him might be able to jack him out of it?
I just loved Itachi's expression at the end, and Sasuke seems to have backtracked into baby brotherdom.

Might he not have meant the changes in Kabuto suggested by his new appearance (Kabuchimaru)? Or how troublesome dispelling Edo Tensei is going to be especially after telling Naruto every jutsu has a weakness and from what Kabuto has said (not that you can actually trust him ..) there does not seem to be one. As a matter of fact the best advice seems to be - do not under any circumstances let the user get killed.

Yes, it seems like this would be the perfect moment for Kabuto to betray Tobi, since it would mean everyone vs. tobi (since most of the zetsu clones are gone), Itachi disappears (possibly), and Sasuke is right where he wanted him.

Well technically since Oro never died I expect to see him back in the picture sometime before the end.
In that fight with Sasuke, he wasn't killed or anything just failed to take over Sasuke and got taken over instead. That jutsu of his is supposed to keep his mind in the world for ever, right?
Apart from whatever Kabuto's snake tail is, isn't he just trapped in Itachi's Susanoo gourd?

Ah, hmm. You know, I never actually reviewed this chapter the day it came out. I guess now, while there isn't a serious discussion going on — back and forth with constant replies, I mean — is the time to squeeze in my post without disrupting anyone's discussion with someone else. At first, I didn't have enough energy to post about this chapter when it came out on Wednesday. Thursday, Friday, and all day today, I just didn't do it, but now I will. It was a good chapter.
The first thing that caught my attention wholeheartedly was Madara's second sentence. "Power has nothing to do with will." I suppose someone like Uchiha Madara would think like that, as it just seems like that is part of his character, but I strongly disagree. True, you have a set amount of power to being with, a base amount, but your will and determination can help to amplify that power and help it go from a small spark to a blazing fire. Through experiencing desperate times and acquiring comrades and precious people to protect, a person becomes stronger. Haku said this a very long time ago, in different words, but I believe this is what Kishi was trying to restate with Tsunade, just with very little words on her part. She seems to understand where true power and strength come from and it would seem that the will her grandfather left her, that she inherited as both his granddaughter and the Fifth Hokage, is something she has a lot of faith in, as she herself says after Madara's statement.
The next thing I liked, although the fourth rule didn't really dazzle me like I suppose it was supposed to, were the rules Tsunade stated that she'd made for medical ninjas to follow. I thought the rules themselves were sort of noble and my favorite of the first three was, personally, the third — that medical ninjas are to be the last ones to die on a team. I feel like it references the first rule, which was that medical ninjas shall never give up on treating their teammates so long as they still have a chance of survival. It means a medical ninja will support their comrades until the end.
Side Note: I like Madara's facial expression and last statements in the last panel on Page 2. I can't tell, really, if he's curious about the Byakugou or, because he doesn't know about it, feels unimpressed. Lol. Perhaps a little bit of both? I think that panel gave off mixed signals.
Tsunade, Page 3. "I'm not just a medical ninja!" No, Tsunade, I don't believe you are, either.
I liked seeing Madara go with Katon and Mei counter with Suiton. It was a clash of the natural elements, if you will. And then A, Onoki, and Tsunade went at Madara with their own attacks. Oh, and it wasn't until Page 6 that I, really, remembered Gaara was still there. Lol. Glad he is, though. Glad he is.
Madara, Page 6. "They're nothing compared to you..." I feel like Madara has some deep respect for Hashirama, durr. He, obviously, only feels like the First would meet his standards.
Page 7, first panel: I guess this means Izuna cannot be the face behind the mystery that is Tobi?
Madara, Page 7. "Anything that can be passed down to you... is hatred." I suppose he thinks hatred never dies and it's the only thing that will survive through humanity, from one legacy to the next, forever. That was how I saw it, although I don't quite think that's right. That's the fun of having an opinion.
Oh, dear. I just rediscovered Pages 7-8. Now, look, I got really psyched about this chapter when I first read J PREVIEW Wednesday morning when the spoilers for Naruto Chapter 577 came out. I read something about two of Tsunade's old teammates and thought, "Jiraiya?! Orochimaru?!" I was thinking that somehow, someway, Kishi was going to add the two of them in, if he had to have them doing something cheesy like watching from whatever afterlife there is. Seeing Dan and Chouji's father... I was both shocked and somewhat disappointed, I'll admit. But now, I'm thinking that I'm glad it wasn't Jiraiya and Orochimaru, regardless of who it actually ended up being that the spoilers were referring to. I do hope Orochimaru and Jiraiya somehow manage to come back and fit into the storyline one day, though. Somehow. Just a side note.
Page 10. Oh, nope. It's Uchiha Madara, people. He won't be sealed so easily. Good effort, Gaara. Good effort. Page 11. Oh, ow. No, no, OK. So, when I first read about Tsunade getting stabbed in the spoilers I pictured the scene from Final Fantasy VII when Sephiroth kills Aerith. I pictured her being stabbed with something thin and pointy, a katana, at a spot in the center of her chest, where the attack would be concentrated and percise. Then I saw Page 11, seriously, and was just like... well... "Ow." I didn't expect her to be stabbed like that — through the stomach with something thick like that.
I have nothing to say, really, about Page 13 or the first row of panels for Page 14.
Now Itachi's Crow Summoning... I kind of laughed. Not only because I didn't see the point in him summoning those, aside from stalling Sasuke for, like, five seconds, but also because of what he said as he sent the crows for Sasuke. It just seemed like a big brother line and I must admit I loved it.
Page 16. So... Even if someone sends Kabuto's weird ass to his grave, the jutsu won't end, eh? He has to release it... Well, well. I wonder what Kishi is planning? What will Itachi do? How could Sasuke look so "Whoa!" in the background of the last panel, just as a shadow? Well, he's not so great there, because he is just a shadow, but we all know that we're glad Kishi put him in the background like that, somewhere deep in our hearts. But Itachi...
Itachi, Page 16. "Geez..." Is that just a translation deal or has Itachi gotten a little more laid back? I didn't know that word was in the vocabulary of the Uchiha, except maybe Sasuke during his genin days. Hmm.. Well then! I like a Uchiha Itachi that says "Geez..." every once and a while. Just let that be the only new word Kishi introduces into his vocabulary, please and thank you.
So, overall... I really liked this chapter. Sure, not enough to be so motivated as to review it right away, but... well... that doesn't mean anything! Hee~ No, but really. And as for the next chapter, Chapter 578, which I am very much looking forward to... I don't have any specific predictions, as I never do, but I think we'll either be staying with Kabuto or going back to Naruto's fight. I'm not sure which of those, but I don't think we'll get much of, if any, of the Kage fight next chapter. That's only a thought of mine, though.

Mmmmm. Such a good chapter. There are two possibilities for who the shadow could be. Its probably Sasuke but this anime is definitely unpredictable in many ways, so it could also be Izuna Uchiha who looks ridiculously alike to Sasuke. If it ends up being Izuna, its either one of Kabuto's summons and he's dead, or he was alive all of this time and I have NO idea what he'll do next. Its possible that if its Izuna we would have a 2 on 2 when Sasuke arrived, perhaps with Izuna and Sasuke trying to kill Kabuto to preserve Itachi and Madera. idk. Izuna is unlikely but worth mentioning.
If its Sasuke, I think he will try to kill Kabuto in order to preserve the jutsu and keep Itachi "alive." There will be some dialogue as Itachi defends Kabuto and he'll end up saying something predictable like "I will protect the leaf village no matter what, even if I have to kill you." Maybe even throw in a "thats my ninja way" to make him think of Naruto. That will be Sasuke's turning point and they'll team up and overcome Kabuto/the jutsu. I think its clear that Itachi will somehow have to sacrifice himself to make all of this work, and Sasuke will go off and eventually encounter Naruto/Tobi's fight.
Tsunade is not dead. I think that's very clear. I think she WILL die in this fight, but I believe she has a reason to have been hit by that attack. Dan or w/e her husband's name is might play a big role in the fight at some point, since they've had a few scenes with him.
Naruto will obviously win his fight eventually. Not sure how Sasuke will be involved though. I think its obvious he will be. I am almost certain that by the end of the show Sasuke will have turned again, but I'm not sure how it will be done, and I think he'll end up dying. We may get a classic darth vadar sacrifice to save Naruto and Konoha. I think this is the last or second to last arc, so its coming soon.
I also don't think we've seen the end of Black Zetsu. EVERYONE wants to know whats up with Zetsu cuz he's so weird. It would be very disappointing if we didn't get to see him fight. He wasn't dead when we last saw him, he was just unable to move.

Okay hold on there, Tsunade was not bum raped, She freaking held off and repelled an attack from one of the strongest villains in Naruto. You have to be 1) A troll or 2) You must have overlooked the fact that if not for her healing, There would be nothing left. She went through almost a whole day and was able to keep major ninjas and fighters afloat. You know if your going to say she epic failed, why don't you go back to the time when Garaa got his bum torn a new one in a few moments to Deidara, who is a joke in terms of power when compared to pain. Also Garaa was still a Jinchurikki at the time.
