naruto knows more S rank and A rank jutsu than anybody else of his age.....
they are all ninjutsu,
he mastered even more difficult jutsu than chidori when he was a gennin ,and even astonished kakashi , remember how skilled kakashi was? yeah well naruto is much better in ninjutsu, and he has the bijuudama and surpassed minato with rasengan and stuff...

i think ninjutsu shud be ..hiruzen kakashi and nagato...in no specific order.. i think u guys underrate kakashi. he was the copy ninja after all...hiruzen wud be a kakashi with more chakra if u really look at it

Im Confused Bout How Naruto Could Be Top 3 In Ninjutsu, His Rasengan Nd Multi Shadow Clone Combos Is Very Creative Nd He's made Sum Good Jutsus But He Doesnt Have Alot Of Ninjutsu Nor Can Be Compared To Other Top Ninjas Ninjutsu

This guy knows his sh!t. Shisui is stated to be the best genjutsu user of the Uchiha so saying Itachi is better doesn't make sense. His sharingan normally can put a genjutsu on the target which influences their decisions to a point they don't know about it.

And do we have to go into how insanely powerful his MS is? It has a genjutsu that will make some one do whatever he wishes no matter what, they cannot go against that apparently.
