kage level onwards is A rank and S rank.... yes but sage mode is classed as a parent jutsu..... jiraiya referred to it as a jutsu.... it is classed as a parent jutsu to many techniques like rasengan is,severe leaf hurricane is a jutsu and its nothing more than a round house kick....
some jounin dont even have the chakra to summon gam bunta....

I thought that using Rasenshuriken in his base mode was not a smart thing to do.

And yes, I'd also say he's at low-jounin level.

He's got Rasengan, toad collaboration, he can summon Gamabunta (which is not easy to do), he's strong (raw power), his taijutsu improved a lot with the years, he now has a lot of experience. He can also release like 300 shadow clones at once, and he's inherited Uzumaki's great stamina.

Although I have always wished for him to learn few more wind-style jutsus.

no... just no.... minato didnt display any S-rank jutsu.... he was stronger than any edo shown in the war apart from madara.... onoki hasnt used S rank jutsu yet... nor has mei... they're kage level ,jiraiya only performed 2 S rank jutsu.... is that not enough? no? well i guess the only kage level shinobi ever in base where hashirama,madara ,so6p,nagato,tobi,kabuto,orochimaru,kisame,itachi

kakuzu etc never showed S rank jutsu...but he owned kakashi with ease.... low diff , but he is stronger than the living kages, your power scale fails , its nit just number of S rank and A rank jutsu,the slew of jutsu , tactics , intel,combinatations,chakra control,speed... all adds up to kage level , and naruto has all but chakra control even if at times he is an idiot

His a chuunin lvl with 1 S rank tech

The guy is slow,ave tai, no gen, and only 1 element how can he be jounin level in base.

hes not slow , when he fought pain his sage mode ran out , but he could stil fight and be fast enough to block deva paths attacks for 20 seconds
hes def jounin level in base, if i remember well he also beated deva path in base mode too with clones and rasengan spam + he has also rasenshuriken(wich is definatly jounin lvel teq and beyond , ye it hurts his hands but that wouldnt stop him from using it if really necissary
kakuzo was also beyond jounin level and naruto completly obliberated him + when sasuke wanted to stab sakura to death naruto blitzed sakura away from him while he didnt even noticed his presence

He does however go up to jonin level due to his chakra levels he can spam clones and rs and with this can beat high level jonin and even low kage ninja's

Yea I'd say he's jounin level. I don't believe he's on the level of Kakashi and Guy in base, but still jounin level nonetheless.

Make it sound as if the path's are fast.
At the highlighted part, lee, shino, kiba and sakura. Yes i said sakura, even after chiyo wasnt able to control her she was able to evade several assaults from sasori.

Naruto doesnt use shunshin either in base or in bm mode.
In bm mode he has raw speed from the fox. In base he isnt a shunshin user, nor does he have the fox on his side for speed
