I think you are all about "POWER" the more power you have the better Kage you are. That where I believe you are wrong. She is a great Kage in her own way, and she does state that she is best in the world behind 1st Hokage. I mean she made the rules and what not for medical ninjas and secondly she just busted out a forbidden jutsu not even Madara doesn't even know about. Also I believe most Kage don't engage in battle unless their village is being attack, any outside missions they are handle by shinobi of the village. Kage are meant to protect the village not go on the prowl and hunt for trouble. So answer this, you rather have the death toll of the village up while our over power Hokage fights, or death toll lower from an hokage who can heal an attire village at once to save lives. I guess lives are not a factor to you.

all she did was waste her chakra and save some lives which isnt kage material.kakashi did more during the pain arc.
she used her medical ninjutsu first. THEN nagato resurrected which looked like way more then she saved.

This is a hard subject to discuss as I've seen from your last thread that you are adimant(spelling lol) she has entirely no feats some people including myself think that saving a few hundred lives is a feat and some people think its not. Yes I know she didn't stop the village from being destroyed but like Minato told naruto the village comes second to the people that live in it as buildings and houses can always be rebuilt. As a leader sometimes you need to weigh up whats important and in the Pain arc for example she valued the villagers lives more than the buildings that they live in but thats all I'm going to say on that matter. Does she deserve to be Hokage I think she does however I believe that others deserve it more examples Jiraiya,Kakashi maybe a few others I won't add Danzo to that as I don't think he deserves the title as he only has self interest at heart but yes he is strong. Naruto was obviously too young for the job Jiraiya was offered the position he turned it down Kakashi was going to be but he does not want to be a hokage and even Shakaku doesn't want the job. So Tsunade was just the last choice left really and even then she turned it down to begin with I can't offer any feats that she has done other than the obvious since we haven't seen much of her before the series began. But from what I've seen in the hokage's so far thay haven't been selected because of their power and what have you they seem to be selected on their outlook on the villagers i.e their will of fire and hers appears to be as strong as all the previous hokage's. So in short I think it come's down to your own beliefs as to weather she deserves the title of hokage or not now please don't flame me for this as I try to look at this from both sides if I'm wrong and you don't agree with anything I have said then my apologies.
