he was never able to do that until he took control of kurama... and also...

i think that's how minato was able to become badass and become the yellow flash... he learned sealing techniques from the uzumaki right?... one in particular... the FTG... that is a technique that uses a type of seal... it makes you think that if the uzumaki were still alive maybe there would be alot flying thundergods.. lol... seriously though... i'm sure he got that tech from kushina.
