As far as I know the technique's secrets are now gone and no more users exist. If anyone does use it, I would assume either Naruto considering he is of the legendary sealing master clan Uzumaki...The only other person I would even think could use it would be Tsunade...

But if Naruto does use it, he'll have to learn it somehow through scrolls or either of his parents make a reappearance and teach him it with any chakra of there's still remaining inside him.

I think it depends on the type of clone technique used.

Muu split himself in half, which also corresponded to reducing his chakra, strength, and all that jazz in half.
I think one half of Muu might be able to perform Dead demon seal without screwing up the other half.

Regular clones probably can't do that. The third hokage used regular clones to target the first and the second hokage. He probably could have outrightly sealed orochimaru if he had a little bit more physical stamina, bit, he was an old man impaled on a sword at that point, so... we;ll hafta settle.
