Did kushina ever go kyuubi mode?

I just wondered recently if she ever totally lost it and the fox took over like it did so many times with naruto. If so, i bet she had the worst periods ever... poor minato.

I don't think she ever did but if she did I'd hate to be Minato thats the real reason he learn't FTG so when she lost hit he could GTFO real quick.

I think she did,if naruto has the same attitude has her then she would have definitely gone kyuubi mode,and am sure she had it under control if not minato would have had some permanent injuries

no, kushina couldn't go kyubbi mode or she didn't have access to the fox's chakra because her seal is different than naruto's. Minato used the 8 trigrams seal on naruto so that some of the chakra would leak from the fox and mix with naruto so he could use it when necessary. But, Kushina's seal forcefully locks the fox as seen in this page:

Yep she was just a vessel type of jinchuriki so konoha can keep the kyubi.
