Appearance: Katsura is a man of his 20's in age, and resembles that age. He is of average height and has long brown hair which is silky; he's been mistaken for a girl because of this. His usual outfit consists of a blue kimono and a yellow sash. Over the top of this he wears a light blue haori, as well as sandals with white socks. In culture, this would depict that he cares about how he looks, and is never shown in an unrefined manner.
Apart from this, he has many other costumes for his other aliases. As Space Captain Katsura he generally wears a dark blue suit coupled with a black jacket with red insides and a golden trim. As Zurako, he will take the appearance of a girl, wearing red lipstick, purple eyeshadow along with a blue kimono with an orange maple leaf pattern on it and two yellow sashes. As DJ Ozura/Katsurap, he wears a pink hooded jumper with "Zura" written across it in yellow, along with a red hat. As Katsuo, he wears a pink shirt with blue overalls and a red hat with the letter K on it, and also a fake moustache.
Personality: Katsura is quite eccentric, also to be labelled as moronic at times. He's capable of saying moronic things with a straight face. He also tends to correct people when they mistake his name for anything, even if he was using an alias. For example, if he were to be called an idiot, he would respond with "It's not idiot, it's Katsura". Despite all this, he's very charismatic and a leader, being able to summon a group of people in a short amount of time when it comes to war. He's also thrifty in habit, liking to eat simple meals such as Soba, and not expensive things like Strawberry Milk and Parfait. Katsura has been shown to also be quite sympathetic to those sad moments, such as someone dying.
Even though these are his main traits, he's also somewhat of a terrorist, liking to use explosives and what not. He's been fixated on them, and been capable of making explosive bombs, similar to smoke and poison bombs. Although this is excessive, he's not so fixated on destroying things with explosives, due to his friends and so on. He's also interested in outdated things.

Background History
At this age it was decided that he should leave the Land of Iron for a while, and along his travels ended up in Sunagakure. They were a strange people, far different than what he would be used to. People would be shoving sand down their pants, and throwing puppets around at each other. While he had no care for the former ideal, the idea of puppets did intrigue him. After learning of how they could be built and so on, he tried developing one, and of course failed. He would try and try again until he had his first successful puppet, one with a large stature and looked like a duck of some sort. He decided to call his first successful creation "Elizabeth". His love for explosives also came with Elizabeth, giving it the ability to launch specially prepared explosive bombs.
He then destroyed a building from Sunagakure because his terrorist-like tendencies got the better of him.
Not much is known as to Katsura's location, but rumor has it he's hiding in Myobokuzan from the higher ups in Sunagakure, seeing as he's a wanted man.

Puppetry:
Katsura is a puppeteer by trade, and so has trained in the puppet abilities. He holds many scrolls on himself for summoning puppets if need be. He's capable of using all the puppet jutsu and has even developed some of his own. Furthermore, he's transformed his left arm into a puppet arm, being capable of performing the Chakra Shield technique with it.
Genjutsu:
Katsura is also a genjutsu specialist, being able to perform them with ease. Katsura's genjutsu are capable of being much stronger than if a normal person were to use illusions, and are deemed to be harder to break free from, and tell the difference between one and reality.
Katsura also carries along with him a stylish katana on his left hip for any kenjutsu techniques he may perform, and a tanto on his back underneath his haori, just in case he ever needs to commit seppuku.
