Gaara vs Sasuke

Okay so this is not a battle at all.

This actually looks at the two characters histories. I was talking with another member about the fact that Gaara received a pardon of sorts for the murders he committed and the things he did when he was younger and had Shukaku within him.
The other member felt that because Gaara's crimes have been over-looked,that Sasuke's could too.

I personally feel that Sasuke has done things which are many times worse than what Gaara did and also that Gaara had special circumstances to be considered.

This isn't about me though,this is about what you,the readers think.

This thread is not gonna work cause there are people on the base too stupid to read a simple post. So far,2 people have voted that Sasuke would win in a fight,which is not the thread topic. For those who managed the task of reading the thread post,here's some amusement-

The difference is Gaara really had no control over his actions, the reason he killed was because of the Shukaku, and even then he tried to supress it. Sasuke is just doing shit because he wants to.

I think we don't know much neither about sasuke nor gaara at all...and with all my love for Gaara and hatred to sasuke, I do not know how he can even knock Susanoo (Amaterasu can somehow get around) and I think that Sasuke will win

Gaara repented for his actions, and he is now protecting people as the Kazekage.

Sasuke...well, he doesn't kill people unless they provoke him, but he does go a bit too far at times.

I voted for Sasuke without reading the thread post., but Gaara FTW

What if your mother,father all your clan members got killed right infront of your eye by your big brother? or any family member? Itachi used tsukyomi on sasuke in order to sasuke to witness every uchiha members death..

Just because hes emo doesn't mean hes spoiled...

you can never realize hes pain in real life unless you have lost everything.

I like the way people try and pardon gaara by saying nonsense like he had shukaku or because he didnt have control over what he did. In real life he would also be imprisoned, no different from sasuke.

Also im certain gaara has killed alot more than sasuke. I mean who has sasuke really killed apart from a few sumarai's and danzo, compared to gaara

Sasuke killed many jounins too. Remember when orochimarou tested him. Then when they incade the stone village. While he is searching for suigetsu and jugo. Gaara still deserve it

1: Either find me a list of people Gaara has killed and then a list of those Sasuke has killed and we can make a toll. Or you can accept that Sasuke has been involved in things worse than just murder/self defence/killing.
2: The point is that Sasuke & Gaara both killed,but Sasuke has joined Akatsuki,helped start the war,Killed a Kage,fought with the other Kage etc. He's done things which make him a traitor amongst other things.

How is this speculation, didnt you see gaara during the chunnin exam. He seems like the person who has killed alot more. Im not speculating, if i remember sasuke has kileed a few samarui's and danzo, unless you can name me others and white zetsu doesnt count. It doesnt matter whether he joined akatsuki, attacked a kage and whatever, matter is irl, both would most likely get the same sentence
